Two Banksy rats welcome you to this cafe in the edgy and up-and-coming Praga neighborhood of Warsaw. This is way off the tourist track, in one of the few areas that was not destroyed by the Nazis in WWII.

The Praga neighborhood is edgy and gritty, but also becoming a trendy artists’ area. So the image of delicate beautiful things emerging from a young person/perspective is quite fitting.
