Urban Gardens Bring Connection and Nourishment

This is just a detail from a larger image that surrounds an old shipping container in the corner of an empty lot. It features cases of fresh vegetables/plants but also oyster shells, which is appropriate as the lot is near the Navy Barracks on the Potomac River, which drains into the oyster rich Chesapeake Bay.
